System Performance & Accountability Work SessionThe System Performance & Accountability (SPA) Work Session will work with a group of advisors and policy makers to reach out to the public as it reviews the current federal and state accountability systems. They will determine ways to build K–12 capacity and define state, regional and local roles needed to improve achievement for all students. Recommendations from this committee will be available December 2007.
