STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO TAKE UP MATH ACHIEVEMENT
Why did just half of 10th graders meet the WASL mathematics standard?
The State Board of Education will meet in SeaTac Friday and Saturday, July 28–29, and will focus on math achievement and other issues.
Teachers, school district representatives, and OSPI staff will provide suggestions for how math achievement can be improved.
The public and news media are invited. TVW is expected to videotape the meeting.
