Process for Waiver Petitions

At its May 11, 2007 meeting, the State Board of Education approved a revised process for waiver petitions allowed by RCW 28A.305.140. This new process will take effect beginning with requests for the 2008-09 school year. 

June 22, 2008 is the next due date for Waiver requests. The submitted requests will be heard at the Board's July 2008 meeting.
